In the shipyards in particular, where welding fumes are generated during the building of the internal parts of the cabin cruisers or the welding of the framework, the conditions required for the staff to work in conformity with the statutory regulations of the Health safeguarding bodies, may happen to fail.

For several years our company has been manufacturing exhauster units, both mobile truck units (Aspicar) and movable units (Aspitra), which are particularly suitable for use in the shipyards, for the exhaust of welding fumes as a rule. We also produce silenced exhaust fan units, having larger sizes and intended for systems with multiple intakes, with flow rates from 10,000 m3/h to 50.000 m3/h, head up to 400 Pa and 90 kW-installed power.

ASPICAR

With dimensions suitable for running along the internal aisles and/or through the doors of the rooms on board, it is appreciated for its ease of manoeuvre.

It is provided with suction port with connections fitting to several hose sizes (4 to 6 in number), individual on/off gate valves and sturdy pivoting wheels.

ASPITRA

Its dimensions are larger than the ASPICAR with soundproof cabin built with panels formed of painted galvanized sturdy plate with wide access doors for inspection of the inside exhaust fan. Suitable for outdoor installation Silencers installed on the force-feed port, duct-fitting or not. Electric control board, built in the cabin cruiser with external controls, cable with cable coiler and yard plug conforming to standards. The assembly can be easily hoisted by means of eyebolts or transfer units
