Big
offices, shopping centers, public places and exposition centers all necessitate
quality environmental conditions such as comfortable temperature, humidity
and clean air.
There are situations
where clean air is not only needed but absolutely necessary. For example
hospitals and especially operating rooms, or even highly technological
industrial manufacturing rooms such as electronic micro-components production
all require extremely high pollution control.
In all these
cases our technology and our design ability has always been outstanding.
We are able to develop conditioning and air control systems for all those
places that require highly professional solutions guaranteeing not only
total comfort, but also high purification levels .

Because of some machining processes, the air of
industrial environments may be full of polluting agents,
as various dust and motes, harmful for health of working
people and non-conforming with the relevant standards.
Thanks to our
experience along the years and our advanced technology, we are able to
design and to realise air purification plants for all environments needing
high qualified solutions.

Metrology
("standards") rooms

The
special air handling systems are those prepared for metrology ("standards")
rooms, that have high internal endogenous loads and require the maintaining
of severe air conditions both regarding the filtering and the hydrometric
constancy.
Machine tools and controls installed in these rooms require that the hydrometric
conditions and temperature are maintained constant all the year round
with tolerances of tenths of a degree. Mechanical machining operations
with tolerances measured in microns that are carried out in these rooms
are to have environmental reference parameters that are extremely rigid.

These
systems, essentially used to clean environments, are now applied in the
most varied marketable goods sectors. They have become indispensable in
quarries and cement works, in coal power plants, in steel plants for the
suction of trimmings produced by rolling mills, in paper mills and the
paper industry, in commercial centres, hospitals, big repair workshops
and in mechanical and automotive industries generally.
In the timber trade generally pneumatic conveyor systems (not to be confused
with systems for the suction of dust produced by the machining) are installed
in the different production departments.

Wind
tunnel

Savio
wind tunnel allow you to perform the vehicle tests specific for testing
the air-conditioning systems of cars, tractors, buses etc.
The tunnel's integrated control system enables test cycles to be performed
according to EEC regulations. It is also appropriate for other types of
tests such as "stop and go" tests that simulate the conditions that affect
a vehicle at traffic lights and during city driving. In addition, more
than 200 passenger compartment and engine parameters are detected using
appropriate sensors.

Conditioned
and computerized engine test rooms

The
possibility of carrying out running tests is fundamental in the development
and following evolution
of endothermic engines regardless the car type they will be used for:
production or competition cars.
Simulation of the worst possible conditions increases the validity of
a test room..
Ferrari, one
of out many customers in the automotive field, in fact uses our facilities
for the development of Formula One engines.
